Everything is old and smelly...... the workers were kind but sold us everything more expensive than other places. I can't recommend this hotel. even though the breakfast was good.

Because Ctrip's price is 460 per night, all the small hotels in the ancient city are relatively expensive, and the pictures shown are also okay, I thought it was a pretty good hotel and booked it. But when I arrived, I saw that there was a garbage station outside the hotel, and there was a foul smell when I opened the window. The room was very musty and the facilities were very old. The most shameful thing is that Ctrip priced this room at 460, and the hotel front desk only priced the same room at 350. Later, I checked agoda and found that the same room was 310. If it was over 300, then this hotel would be okay to give it three stars. However, Ctrip's price is too high, and for users who only use Ctrip all year round, it's really disgusting like eating a fly. In summary, the hotel is conveniently located, but the facilities are old, and the overall level is that of a hotel in an apartment building. If it is a relatively low price, it can be considered.

The hotel is not far from Hanoi's famous attraction, Hanoi Cathedral, and is only a few minutes' walk away. Hanoi's Old Town is crisscrossed with alleys. Opposite the hotel is a large local hospital with a large flow of people and many foreigners. The breakfast is also good and the hygiene is no problem.

The location was within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, so it was very convenient for sightseeing! We were shown to a larger room than we had booked, and three bottles of water were replenished every day lol The staff were also very nice. It was hot on the day we left home, so we asked them to store our chocolate in the fridge, and they accommodated. The breakfast buffet had a small menu, but it was nice that they had typical Vietnamese fruits and we were able to order one dish, such as pho or pancakes. However, there were a few disappointing points. ・The TV didn't turn on ・The power switch next to the TV didn't work ・The fridge didn't work

It's good value for money, and it's close to the Old Quarter, so it's nice that it's close to the night market, beer street, and Hoan Kiem. The staff are kind and quiet. But the refrigerator is weak. I drank soju deliciously for you.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 5. 1 double bed when booking 3 single beds Unfortunately, there was actually 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Also, the air conditioner was not working and it was so hot that I couldn't sleep. bad fridge I will never stay here again
