The owner/staff are very helpful and kind, I was so stress when our flight got changed so I have to modify our dates of stay, luckily they allowed us to do so, the place is so accessible to eveything, we even left our baggage for free when we went to Pattaya(with booking to stay again), will be staying here for sure in the future.👍

The room is clean…nearest pratunam night market…pratunam mall…nearest train station 600 meter fron ratchaprarop station…more 7e near the hotel

The location of the hotel was tiptop lolipop. This is my 3rd time coming to bangkok and i rarely have times to go to pratunam since my previous stay was bit far from here but this time i super duper love it. The hotel was quite clean and cheap in the centre of pratunam where i can go most of the places by walk only. Definitely will repeat staying here if i come again later.

Its our second time around. The room was modest, they clean it everyday. The staff and owner/manager was so helpful he even arrange for our transportation to the airport.. i like the location as its in the market, so everything is just a walk away..

We come to the lobby for 5times to ask the iron.. Until check out we cannot iron our cloths & scarf.. Supposedly the hotel provide the iron at hotel lobby or every floor if you guys dont want the guest iron in the room..

Location convenience, many local food nearby the hotel. The receptionist vary friendly, able to speak Chinese, this is very surprising me. Will rebook to this hotel.

The room is not big, if you put one piece of luggage in it, you can't put another one. Generally it's ok, after all, the price is cheap. The sound insulation is also poor, and the room is dusty. I stayed for two nights and asked the cleaning staff to clean the room, but they were very casual. There were hairs on the floor that were not swept. However, the location is very good, there are food downstairs, 7-11, and the wholesale market is a 7-8 minute walk.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On the first day, we could not find the hotel location. I called the reception to ask for directions, but the explanation was very unclear and difficult to understand. We eventually had to ask local people nearby to help us find the place ourselves. Later that night, when we returned to the hotel (we stayed in Building 2), we were shocked to find a ******** shop right in front of the entrance. More disturbingly, an Indian man outside the shop approached my sister and asked, “How much?” — an extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable situation. I was shocked and asked him “What?”, but he only smiled. To be honest, we felt scared and very unsafe, even though the building door had a lock. The environment around the hotel was not suitable or safe for guests, especially for women. Upon check-in, we were required to leave a 1,000 THB deposit for the key card. However, during checkout, the staff checked the room and claimed the bed sheets were dirty, demanding a charge of 3,500 THB. We were shocked we had no idea how they were considered dirty, and we were never informed of any policy or pricing for such things. After we refused to pay, the staff reduced the amount to 2,000 THB. We were in a hurry to catch our flight and had no time to argue further, so we paid but it felt completely unfair. We were never informed during check-in that the hotel would charge for minor stains or bed linen issues, nor were we told how dirty is considered “too dirty.” There was no policy shown to us or signed by us regarding this matter. From our point of view, the bedsheets did not look damaged to deserve such a high fee. It felt like we were being tricked or taken advantage of it seemed like a scam, not a professional hotel. If there is a cleaning charge policy, it should be clearly communicated and written in your terms, especially at check-in not surprised upon check-out. We are unsure whether the money went to the hotel or the staff personally. This experience left us with a very negative impression Overall, this experience made us feel unsafe, unwelcome, and completely disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a terrible experience and one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

This hotel is inside pratunam market, it’s very convenient. But just that’s a ******** shop besides the main entrance which not so friendly for non smokers.

The location is not safe for fire, the last time I stayed there is fire nearby happened luckily it was fired out. The room is smells awful coming from the toilet’s drainage and the odor is everywhere the room. I won’t recommend this hotel for those who want to relax at enjoy the trip

We arrived early, and the reception staff was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in for us. Right in front of the hotel, there were plenty of food options, which we appreciated. The room we stayed in, located on the 7th floor, was spacious enough for our family, including our 8-year-old children. The best part was having a table and chairs in front of the hotel where we could relax and unwind. It was really great! 👍
