Luxe Paradise Suite Hotel Trich Sai Reviews

A very interesting hotel, it feels more like a luxury Airbnb than a hotel. Location isn't the best, quite far from the tourist zones and on a day with heavy rain it was nearly impossible to get a car, almost paid 4x the price for one. While it may be out of the way it's location is actually quite interesting, very local, many local restaurants (No English was spoken in the area at all, apart from hotel staff). Overall it was a interesting stay. If I was with a large family I'd choose this hotel.

Stayed here with family. Room is very spacious and the AC was really good. There is a kitchenette and laundry machine inside so doing your laundry is a breeze and you can cook your own meals.

We loved our stay at Luxe Paradise Suite Hotel in Hanoi. Situated on the West Lake it's out of the intense tourist area so a bit calmer which we liked.  Nice, helpful staff. I had organised an airport pick up but it didn't arrive. But easy enough to get a grab/taxi from the airport.  I would recommend staying here

This was my first time stay. Hotel location was very nice. And room was extra nice with extra service. I love to stay again here in guy too. From my side No 10. Best for all.

Awesome place to stay, rooms are big, spacious and hotel utilities are good, had a very beautiful lake view outside, the sound proofing is maintained very well, I could get perfect sleep without any noise, had a pleasant stay. It seems like hotel lacks staff, rooms could be cleaned well, I found some ants wandering around on sofa, some hairs and tissue papers left by previous guests. It’s also impossible to get this good place in very low price.

Furnitures and house cleanliness is so awesome. The smart toilet is superb ☺️🙏

The lady at the reception is really nice. But room is not clean well. Big room comfortable but not too much around need to get can each time you need to do something.

We stayed an extra night and upgraded to a 120-square-meter room, but the room type remained the same. The front desk staff simply said, "That's just the way it is," with no further explanation. We woke up in the middle of the night to ants biting the sheets and sofa. My family complained about the bites, but they still said, "Sorry," and nothing more. With such sanitary conditions, would you dare stay here, no matter how big the room is?

I went to several cities in Vietnam this time, and this one was the most luxurious. It has a great location, right by the West Lake, and it's very convenient to take a taxi to other tourist attractions in Hanoi. The living room is huge, and it has everything you need, including a washing machine, kitchen, and refrigerator. The guy at the front desk downstairs was also very interested in China and spoke English, and his attitude was very good. Most importantly, the price is not expensive. I would like to recommend it!

Stayed for 2 nights in total. The room is quite big, with a refrigerator and washing machine. I don't know why there was no laundry detergent and I couldn't find the laundry beads I brought. Because it has a kitchen, I don't know why there are ants. Not all rooms have a view of the West Lake. The price is also relatively cheap when booking on Ctrip, and the overall experience is also very good. If you want to sleep in, try not to choose the lakeside. In the morning, someone will play music by the lake.

The room has a sense of history, but it is also suitable for long-term stays, with a kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, tableware, steamer, etc. The only disappointing thing was that the hair dryer was hanging behind the door and I couldn't find it (I had to ask the front desk to help me) and there was no bath mat.
