It's not too far from Daegu station, walking distance, that makes life so much easier. I'm very happy they've got a fridge for guests which is a lifesaver in the summer. All amenities are provided, including towel, shower gels and shampoo, and slippers which are super thoughtful for backpackers. I like the service from the reception, they do speak English fluently, even if you can speak Korean, you'll be fine. 🫰

the bed was full of crumbs, it was very dirty and so was the floor. barely talked to anyone but i did have the room to myself so that was a plus

The staff is friendly and the place seems cozy. It was okay for one night.

The self check-in worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly, even let me print a document and let me leave my luggage there supervised for many hours on the day of my departure. Bed was clean and comfortable, location very convenient. During summer the whole area seems to be full of mosquitos, including indoors. But other than that no complaints, would stay there again

Worst guesthouse The worst service that asks for 40,000 won for laundry because I spilled a little cola on the sheets I looked for a guesthouse to cut down on expenses and got completely ripped off I didn't want to fight so I gave 20,000 won and left Where should I report this?

Accommodation introduction Empathy Dongseongro Guesthouse is conveniently located 200 meters from Jungangro Subway Station (Daegu Line 1). It offers free WiFi throughout the property and a rooftop terrace with city views. All rooms at the hostel come with air conditioning and bunk beds. Bathroom and toilet facilities are shared. The hostel also has a communal kitchen and shared lounge. Dongdaegu KTX Station is a 15-minute eastbound subway ride from the hostel. E-World theme park and Duryu Basball Stadium can be reached within a 20-minute westbound drive. Empathy Dongseongro Guesthouse is a 30-minute drive from Daegue The Arc. If you want to check out early, you need to put the used bath towels, pillowcases, sheets and keys into the box yourself.

Cheap but... luckily it's not filled up or it would be noisy🤣 The service staff is very friendly👍 It is very inconvenient to go to the boys' dormitory on the third floor to take a shower in winter

It's near Jungangno Station. If you don't wear earplugs, you won't be able to sleep because there are restaurants nearby. They give them to you for free at the reception. The shared space is clean. The reception is closed after 7pm, so you need a password. It's better to leave a message with your arrival time when you make a reservation. If you can't check in by 7pm, they will contact you by email.

Great ! Super welcoming and helpful people. The hotel is well located, there are restaurants just downstairs but loops are offered for convenience. The only downside is the bathroom. No walls, just curtains to separate my different showers

It's simple and similar to guesthouses in Japan and Europe, and considering the cost performance, I think it's well worth using. The kitchen space is well equipped with equipment and tableware, and you can buy instant ramen at the convenience store to save on travel expenses. Young women from overseas were also using it. The staff are all women, so it seems like you can check in with a smile! I moved in the middle of the night, but I was able to get a room key and sleep in a bunk bed without any problems thanks to the email notification.

It's a very convenient place. The facilities are clean and I would like to use it again.
