They went above and beyond by helping us deliver our luggage to our room and demonstrating the room's functions. Most impressively, they took the initiative to inform us about the various amenities available, including complimentary laundry, late-night supper, and door-to-door laundry service, which made our stay extremely convenient. The hotel’s location is excellent, being centrally situated near a metro station within just a few minutes’ walk, and only one station away from the high-speed railway station—making travel very easy. Additionally, it’s within walking distance to many tourist attractions, including 河街坊, where you can enjoy authentic local food, shop for souvenirs, and more. I have no complaints whatsoever and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. I look forward to staying here again if I visit Hangzhou in the future.
