The room was spacious and very convenient for traveling with children. The meals were unique, including afternoon tea and midnight snacks. It's also only 200 meters from the pediatric hospital, so getting there was hassle-free and there were no traffic jams. The front desk lady was also very considerate. Even though our baby fell asleep in the room, she let us check out a few minutes later. Highly recommended for families with children seeking medical treatment, it saves a lot of time.

This hotel boasts a very convenient location, being close to the metro station and right next to Kaiyuan Plaza. A major plus, especially during the hot summer, is the entirely indoor walkway from the subway, through Kaiyuan Plaza, and directly to the hotel, which is incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The hotel environment is excellent, with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; they even surprised me with a birthday cake when they found out it was my special day during check-in – a truly thoughtful gesture! The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. While the hotel is a bit far from West Lake, its close proximity to several museums makes it an excellent choice for summer travelers planning indoor excursions. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new; I heard it was renovated last year. I always prefer staying in newer places, so that was definitely a plus. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and generously upgraded my room type – huge thanks to them! It's also conveniently located near the subway station. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is situated within a large building on higher floors, so elevator waits can sometimes be a bit long. However, everything else was great. They even offer robot delivery for food and other requests, which was surprisingly quick and convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe location is superb, right on West Lake, offering incredible convenience for visiting attractions. The hotel features extensive, beautifully landscaped gardens. There's also a small historic building on the premises, the former residence where Chairman Mao drafted the constitution, which is certainly worth a look.
While our room was a little on the small and older side, it perfectly fit the nostalgic vibe we were looking for and didn't detract from our experience. The room came with lovely touches like orchids and fresh fruit on the desk. The small courtyard outside had kumquat trees, and we even had two butterflies fly into our room! Our child was delighted to discover a bird's nest in a tree in the courtyard.
There are two breakfast options, both offering excellent quality. The breakfast area at Xin Xin Hotel, in particular, is incredibly picturesque and great for photos.
The service staff and security guards were all very friendly, welcoming, well-trained, and quick to respond to any needs.
Overall, we were very satisfied. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, offering outstanding value for money.

GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

We brought my parents along, and they upgraded their room for free, and even added a tatami bed at no extra charge. We were so grateful! The water was plentiful and thoughtful, and the staff were very helpful, offering guidance, luggage assistance, and even shuttle services to the scenic area. Facilities: The iconic one is the Dyson hair dryer, both bathrooms are smart and equipped with disposable cushions, very considerate
Hygiene: very clean and tidy, no odor
Environment: It is worth mentioning that the restaurant is facing a tea field, this scene is very characteristic of Longjing, and the restaurant tastes very good
Service: There is butler service, and the response is very timely

The shuttle service was consistently punctual, and a big thank you to all the staff who diligently worked in the scorching 40-degree Celsius heat. The room interiors had a unique character, embodying a classic, stately aesthetic that I found very appealing. The hotel itself was very quiet, and the breakfast spread was extensive, though I felt the layout for guest circulation was a bit disorganized. Due to time constraints, I could only stay for one night. Next time I visit Hangzhou, I'll definitely make sure to stay longer to fully immerse myself in the beauty of West Lake. The only minor drawback was that due to weekend traffic restrictions, the hotel's internal shuttle only ran every 30 minutes, which resulted in rather long waiting times. Additionally, the guide who explained the hotel's history was excellent. He gave us a fascinating insight into the development of Xizi Hotel, a place that has also borne witness to the growth and prosperity of modern China, which I found quite moving.

Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it can save a lot of commuting time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay

Easy to go Xihu by walking and other places by bus .Breakfast food is delicious , non oily , dessert served with less sweetness which is my favourite. Can improve further if laundry service provided and the hotel has own washing machine and dryers . Will definitely recommended friends and family to this hotel.

There were also plenty of food options and shops nearby, so I never had to go far for meals or last-minute essentials.
Overall experience was great, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!
