Yitel Hotels in Hangzhou

Perfect location to have a getaway, with close proximity to nice malls and supper spots. Overall a highly recommended hotel to stay in!

The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping malls and just a short walk from 龙翔桥 Metro Station, which makes it easy to get around. However, the hotel is situated above an old shopping complex, which affects the overall first impression. The rooms are quite dated and the soundproofing is poor—I could easily hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Additionally, the entrance requires going up three steps before reaching the elevator, which can be inconvenient if you’re carrying large or heavy luggage. Overall, while the location is great for transportation and access to shopping, the building condition and room experience were below expectations.

In a convenient location, only 2 short blocks away from Metro station of East Railway Station of Hangzhou. Spacious room. Free laundry. Breakfast is ok. Staffs in front desk are really help. They responded quickly to issues I reported. All functions in the room should be verified before a guest is checked in. One issue with hotel locations that it is confusing to ride-shared drivers as the pick up needs to go through underground garage. Room with train track facing window will hear trains as they approaching. Overall I’d recommend this hotel if easy access to the east station is important.
