We had a great stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is excellent with a mall right next door as well as a convenient store. There also is a coffee shop next to the front desk which sells great coffee drinks (oat and soy milk choices available). Breakfast has a good selection of foods and they have a proper coffee machine. Mostly Chinese food though. Walkable to West Lake and Hefang Street. Free use of their washing and drying machines.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Yitel Premium (Hangzhou West Lake Lakeside Pedestrian Street). The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the beautiful West Lake and the biggest and busiest shopping area - Yingtai In 77 & Hubin in Hangzhou. The hotel itself is spotless, with 5-star cleanliness that made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hangzhou!

The front desk and service staff are very polite and responsible! It's just that the central air conditioning has not been adjusted to summer yet, and the room is a bit stuffy without cold air conditioning! Of course, I understand that the temperature has changed suddenly and there is no time to adjust.
