Very good, the room is big, clean and sanitary, the breakfast is also good, everything is available. I came to travel and made an appoin**ent with the hotel in advance to have afternoon tea delivered to the room, but the warm porridge I had agreed to didn't seem to be there

Location is great, service is fine and it’s a comfortable place. So in theory everything is great there. Two issues; 1. However AC didn’t cool the room from 27 degrees (Celsius) which is proven to be too hot to sleep at and causing sleep to deteriorate up to 10% from optimal levels. 2. Also as evidenced by picture 2, AC had collected some dust and cleaning that would drastically improve AC efficiency and improve quality of air inside the rooms, making the stay more pleasant. It’s those little (inexpensive) things that make guests enjoy their stays more, money comes when customers are satisfied and stay healthy, not when their sleep and breathing is disrupted due to neglect and greed.

Not extremely near to station but walkable in 8-10mins. Else, could ask for hotel shuttle service or take Didi. Lots of food options at the lobby as it is embedded with a small mall. Food delivery is simple as the reception could share their common number to order and a robot will deliver to the room when it arrives. There is housekeeping service but more towards general cleaning and changing of towels. No change of bedsheets (I think). Can request for pillows as the pillows were towards the flat type (my opinion).

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the subway station, and it is very convenient to travel. There are many delicious restaurants around, and the food is rich and varied. The dishes are delicious and memorable. The facilities are complete, and there is also a gym, etc. It is the best choice for travel.

Stay at the newest 24-story all-glass Hangzhou Fuyang Jingxin Junting Hotel, where the entire hotel has first-class decoration environment.
