Narada Resort & Spa Hotels in Hangzhou

The hotel is excellent, huge structure with beautiful architecture. My only complaint is about the outside swimming pool, it was deactivated and I didn’t see any information about it in the booking page. I was very disappointed with it, because I chose this hotel mainly for the outdoor swimming pool. I don’t like indoor swimming pool, this one was open. The breakfast is wonderful, the best I had in China. The room is confortable, the view to the garden is lovely.

This is a very distinctive hotel. Thank you very much to the Junlan Ambassador Toutou. I was pregnant and she arranged a convenient room for me. The room is spacious, exquisitely decorated, and comfortable. There is a large balcony outside. If the weather is good, it is very suitable for sunbathing and drinking afternoon tea outside. It will be very comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, very comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is good. The hotel staff I met were very enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast is also very rich and delicious. There is also a playground outside, and I played VR. The children were reluctant to leave and said they would come again next time!

Wanted to escape for a short staycation. The hotel is well located in a peaceful area and beautiful scenery. The staff was very welcoming and had a fast check in. The room was very nice and well maintained. The overall stone (included shower) was really nice. It’s easy to walk around the lake and enjoy the lotus. The amenities in the room was good with everything you need in hand and nice welcome fruits was a great gesture. Also thoughtful turn down amenities with snacks and drink. Only negative point was the F&B offering, wanted to try the western restaurant however when I asked to see the menu we only saw Asian food (see attached picture), the Chinese food looks good tho. Saw we had in room dining option but no menu in the room and I don’t speak Chinese to call and order. The breakfast had a great selection but quality was not up to expectations but the chef were really great and understood my request. The overall staff was really nice and always saying hello and smiling which made me feel welcome. They also have spa and kids playground but I didn’t have a chance to try or check the venue. I will definitely come back and hope they can improve their western offering.

Resort hotel, the garden is very beautiful, the hotel is housing in the form of 1-3 floors and villas, the hotel building is interspersed in the garden, and the rooms, restaurants, lobby, and corridors can be opened to the garden everywhere. Although the facilities are slightly old, the function is basically not affected by the use. The breakfast category is complete and the taste is quite satisfactory; the dinner is well received, mainly because the price is high, and there is no need to squeeze popular shops in the town. Gym, table tennis, billiards, children's playground, swimming pool (not open at that time), everything is well received. Suggestion: As a resort hotel, it is recommended to set up some experience activities. The Song-style tea master did not experience it during the May Day holiday (later tasted the taste at Jingshan Temple).
