Located in the heart of the CBD area, it was lovely to arrive at the Guoshou Narada hotel - great location, short walk to the MIXC mall and the surrounding areas are very clean and safe. Everyone, from the concierge, upon my arrival, to my check-in (with Mr. Lawrence Meng) at the front desk, was very attentive, welcoming and professional... Since I was only able to stay for three nights, Mr. Lawrence was incredibly thoughtful and offered me a free breakfast. My room was spacious, spotless and incredibly comfortable. I can honestly say that every encounter I had with staff at the Guoshou Narada was enjoyable, professional and welcoming. I could not be happier with the quality of the rooms and the amazing service I received throughout my stay.

The hotel has just opened for less than a month. The background of the state-owned enterprise, the hardware is tall, the room facilities are complete and advanced, and the space is oversized. The marketing department will contact the guests on WeChat in advance to make personalized arrangements. On the first day, there was a fruit plate, small snacks, and a welcome thank-you letter. It was very warm. There was a 25-meter swimming pool. If this hotel is on the West Lake, it will not come down for three thousand and one nights. It is good value for money. There is also a gift when you leave.

The hotel is amazing! The facilities are brand new and complete, the quality is high, the service is warm and considerate, and it leaves nothing to be desired. The details are very well controlled, and the price-performance ratio is super high!

The room is on a low floor and feels a bit depressing. There is no special service. The swimming pool is not crowded, but it is very deep at both ends, 1.6 meters, which is a bit strange compared to other hotel swimming pools. The breakfast is good, the environment is clean, and the artistic atmosphere of the hotel is OK.
