great location in vibrant area. looks a little old with only one lift in the building but it was ok since it wasn't very crowded. service and staff attitude very good. room was big for the price, great system for food deliveries. only downside was that it wasn't mentioned on the site whether there were windows - photos show that the room seemed to have a window, however we realised it was a fake window when we were staying there.

The room is OK, that is, the parking fee. Before booking, I saw that it was 10 yuan a day, but I could drive out once a day, and it cost 25 yuan to drive out again later that day.

Convenient transportation, the bath water is quite comfortable, the service attitude is also very good, this price also includes breakfast, the price is too high, the breakfast is not bad. This hotel accepts foreigners. Location is really far from Hangzhou city, but you have a metro station about 15min walking distance. Staff was helpful. Although they didn't speak English they help solve an issue with internet in our room. The room was super small, we barely had space to leave our luggage. We could hear everything that was happening next door (when we say everything is really everything). Looked like they had an issue with the hot water in the afternoon (we had almost a cold shower).

Basically a very satisfying trip! Because the room type we booked is more cost-effective, the location is on the first floor. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcase and walk a short distance. But the price/performance ratio is quite high. The bedding is very comfortable and the room size is suitable for one person. The location is also good. It’s convenient to go everywhere. It’s just that the mineral water in the store is too small.

The double room we stayed in felt like a mini room. The entire room consisted of a large bed, a small table and a chair. When two people are walking, the only space is that one person has to step aside and sit on the bed to pass. Fortunately, I am traveling with my baby. It feels like the hotel is old. There are still water stains on the roof, which may have been caused by the air conditioner leaking in the past. There was also a smell in the bathroom, but the smell disappeared after the staff sprayed fragrance and turned on the exhaust fan. The bathroom also has a drinking water faucet, which is not bad. The occupancy rate of this hotel is quite high. I spent 1 Ctrip point to check in early (can check in at 10 a.m.). I was told on site (around 11 a.m.) that there were no rooms that had not been cleaned yet, so I had to wait for half an hour. Later, Ctrip refunded 1 point. This is not a matter of points, it may cause changes in the itinerary, so if friends want to check in early, it is best to call and ask in advance. Overall, it was okay to stay for one night. It was quiet and not noisy at night. The location is good, but it's a bit small. (It seems that the twin room will be larger)
