Four Seasons Hotels in Hangzhou

Overall very satisfied; when checking in, the front desk guy was very polite and upgraded the canal city view room for free. The room facilities were very new and good, the bedding was comfortable and online, and it was very comfortable to live in; when dialing the hotel phone, I always got a timely response and reported the customer's name, which was a very good experience; the aunt who made the night bed wrapped the mobile phone charging cable with a leather case intimately; the breakfast service was very timely and in place, the plates were always removed in time, and the service was neat and in place; there is an outdoor sky garden outside the restaurant on the tenth floor, you can walk around and have a meal in it, which is very good. The experience is very good, the four seasons will never disappoint.

The hotel is very beautiful and equipped it with all amenities needed. Oliver, the concierge, was very helpful and suggesting us with a lot of useful information with warmth and sincerity. One shortcoming was the housekeeping service that the third night during our stay, we went back to the room around 8 PM and our two rooms were not cleaned. I wonder about that because I believed that I did not turn on Do Not Disturb button. After a long day of traveling, we've got to wait for the housekeeping to clean the room for another hour to use the rooms. However, the overall experience was good and we wish to go back again next time.
