The facilities are great, clean and hygienic. You can choose here when traveling. The location is great. There is a subway nearby. It is very close to the West Lake and Wulin Square. The front desk staff are also very friendly and the price is very cheap. The price/performance ratio is very good.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our room was excellent—clean and comfortable—and we especially appreciated the free laundry service, even though there was only one washing machine, so timing was a bit of a gamble. The location is absolutely ideal. One thing we weren’t quite used to was the fully transparent bathroom. However, when we requested an extra bedsheet to cover the door for privacy, the staff promptly assisted, which we really appreciated. The room looked exactly like the photos on their page! It matched our expectations perfectly, making us feel immediately comfortable and assured in our choice.

Treasure shop is conveniently located next to Longhu Tianjie. It is especially convenient for eating and shopping. The room is clean, smart, automatic curtains, lighting, and small robots to deliver takeaways. The service is good. The front desk lady not only helped upgrade the floor-to-ceiling window room, but also sent the breakfast of Yiming's next door. This price is absolutely amazing

We stay a night for transfer to another city so I'm not sure if the location is great but there's a metro exit nearby which is great. We had a family room for three but they accepted our 6yo boy (below 120cm height) to stay free and breakfast free. The front desk staff is polite and helpful. She showed us the nearby restaurants and convenient stores when we had our late night check in around 1030pm. The room is spacious, comfy mattress with two types of pillow to fit our needs, we had a quiet night resting here even though we're on the 1st floor, happy with this part. We got our toothbrush sets from the front counter, toothbrush is softer than those we had in other places. The exhaust fan is strong to keep our toilet dry. Water heater and water pressure are good. Air conditioner is doing well too. Hotel provide free self service laundry with free detergent given. The free breakfast is simple and basic Chinese food like steam bun, wantan, noodles, porridge, milk. Overall recommended.

The location of this hotel is very good, and the transportation is very convenient. The room is also very comfortable and spacious, and all the facilities are very complete. Because I got up very late, I didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast, but I really like the big color TV in the room. There are also two vending machines in the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. I ordered takeout and the robot delivered it to the room in person, which really saved a lot of time. I slept well.
