第一次住民宿，想着隨便住住睡個覺就行，但是定了這家，真的特別好！體驗很棒！1:老闆每天定點打掃所有的房間跟洗漱間，消毒水殺菌的那種！而且還有個廚房，可以自己做點簡單的飯。2:雖然是有男有女生的房間，但是是分開的不在一層樓，很放心很方便！3:交通很便利，樓下就是兩個大商圈，再往前走就是國貿，萬象城。去騎樓，南大都不遠，租個小電驢，一下就到了。4:老闆人很好！打掃房間還會敲門説我進來了哦，有什麼問題直接問他，基本要求都答應，哈哈！5:由於是高檔小區，直接找老闆租個門禁，出入方便，也不會打擾別人，我覺得特別好，很自由！關鍵是價格！可以節省錢錢去吃吃喝喝買買！

房間很好，床很大，有免費空調和wifi，樓層很不錯，海風吹的舒服。交通便利，樓下就是小吃街。大馬路打車也方便。真的很不錯。推薦這家！

地理條件：地理位置靠近友誼城，國貿，上邦，離萬象城等消費場所不遠，樓下是椰樹集團公交站，購物消費交通便利，五星。硬件配置：25樓，坐北朝南，户型挑高複式二層，採光和通風優秀，裝修簡約適度，五星。軟件配置：二樓有廚房，提供燃氣和簡易廚具，冰箱，能滿足住户一般用餐需求。25樓的高層户型，水壓相對穩定，浴室乾爽，洗澡舒適。櫃子桌子分佈均勻，儲物空間有餘，滿足一般消費者需求。小區和單元樓底都有門禁，20元租一張門禁卡，進出方便合適。
