"This hotel is beautifully situated right by the sea, offering a truly serene and picturesque setting. What's more, the value for money during our summer vacation stay was exceptional. The rooms are great, and there are two swimming pools along with dedicated water play facilities for children. There's a wide range of activities available, so you could easily spend a whole day here without needing to leave the hotel. The ocean is just across the road, and it's super convenient to grab coconuts and other local refreshing treats right by the beach. The only minor drawback is that items at the hotel's mini-mart are quite pricey, even more expensive than what you'd find in a mountaintop shop. I hope the hotel considers improving this; while a slight markup is understandable, it shouldn't unnecessarily detract from their overall image. Overall, it's definitely worth staying and highly recommended."

"Some lights are not turning off there is no switch for those lights. When went to sleep I had to shut down my electricity because some lights never go off. Service was fine. No one of them can speak English. Hotel was old."

"The stay was very comfortable. It was very close to Xixiu Beach, just a 10-minute walk away. There was also a place to wash your feet with fresh water at the entrance of the hotel, which was very considerate!
The service was also very good. After a day of playing, my pants were dirty and I was too lazy to wash them. The auntie was willing to help wash and dry them. Good reviews!
There are not many places to eat around, so you have to take a taxi to go to places farther away, but the takeaways are quite complete, and it is very convenient to deliver them to the upstairs by robots"

"The first time I came to Haikou Mission Hills to play golf, I chose the top-of-the-line hotel Ritz. Compared with other Ritz hotels in the country, this hotel is very cost-effective, which is really a benefit for golfers. Although the scale of this Ritz is small and the crowd is relatively small, from the hardware facilities to the service quality, it is the most in line with the hotel culture standards of all the Ritz hotels I have stayed in.
The hotel is well maintained, the overall style is luxurious and steady, with a strong British gentleman style, but not old-fashioned. The style, color matching and decoration materials are worthy of the quality of Ritz. The room is well soundproofed, the balcony is large, the bedding is super comfortable, and you can have a good rest after playing golf.
Suzy, the housekeeper, is considerate and asked about the check-in requirements before arrival, and any needs can be responded to immediately. Including other service staff, the attitude is particularly perfect.

"I had a lovely stay even though it was one night, wish I had actually booked a few nights but had just booked it because it was near the airport and would be convenient. The porter was helpful and front desk checked me in in good time and let me know all the necessary things and places I can go to enjoy the stay. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and it was very comfortable. The view was great and a surprise is at that it actually shares common facilities with ritz Carlton which is next door. You can enjoy the gardens, golfing area, pool and spa. Breakfast was good and the staff efficient in cleaning up.
Across the hotel is the teddy bear museum and outlet stores. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I will definitely come again ✨"

What is particularly worth mentioning is that while we were in the hotel, we encountered Typhoon Capricorn, the largest typhoon in history. The hotel staff repeatedly warned us to pay attention to safety. The leader of the local tourism bureau (Deputy Director Cai Fuxiong) also mobilized me to move to the city center many times. And before the typhoon came, he drove my family of three to a hotel in the city center in the wind and rain. Special thanks! I think it was thanks to Deputy Director Cai, otherwise the consequences would be serious. I originally booked five nights, but only stayed for two. It was not enough!
