這酒店位置較偏不太好找，房間上下結構樓梯很窄，設施配備極簡造成使用不便，下層衞生條件太差，衞生間洗澡處裝修差漏水嚴重致滿地是水。服務實在不敢恭維，服務員及一樓廳內安保態度生硬冷漠，不建議入住。

非常不滿意 前台態度非常不好 本來就坐飛機挺累的 還看一張臭臉 回答問題也很不耐煩 loft光線極差 準備睡覺 打開被子 發現裏面還有頭髮 因為去夜市回來太晚了 不想折騰了 直接睡被子上面了 蓋自己的衣服將就了一晚 另外房間很冷 空調無法制熱 打開就自動關閉 真是無語死 以後不會再定這裏 皮膚刺痛刺癢 起了很多紅疹子 住了這麼多酒店 價格親民的也都非常好 這個是怎麼被推薦出來的 強烈不推薦

房間裝修簡潔高雅，空間寬敞，兩個卧室都在樓上，乾淨整潔。最棒的是酒店附近有東北人開的自助餐廳，19.9元36個菜，品種豐富，美味可口，是這次海南整個環島遊中，最棒的餐廳，讓旅途的疲憊一掃而光，真希望多住幾天，可以多享受這脣齒的芬芳。

地理位置在個公寓寫字樓裏，不臨近大路邊，黑黑燈瞎火的，前台在入口旁邊沒有標識，還的問公寓樓的保安才能找到，房房間一開門一股發黴味，因為遲了，長者累了就思謀湊乎住吧，進門一樓放了一個彈簧床，用手都能摸到裏面的彈簧，下面放了兩瓶水，訂單顯示能住四人，帶廚房能做飯，鍋碗瓢盆啥都沒有，一樓床硬的不能睡，就都到二樓閣樓上睡覺，把長者安頓睡了以後，便睡那個樓道下面放了個床墊，裏面安了個通風的風扇機和空調就在頭旁邊，把床墊拉出來準備睡覺沒有想到下面居然有人用過的避孕套，這是怎麼打掃得，噁心，不是長者睡著了，肯定不會住了，和衣而睡，第二天早上7點多就退了，這是有史以來第一次訂這樣的房間，糟糕透了，和隔一條馬路咖寶酒店公寓天壤之別

洗手間有蟑螂🪳，枱子上還有黃色粉末的蟑螂葯沒清理。屋裡麪下水道反臭水溝味。
下午兩點入住房間還沒有騰出來，一點管理都沒有。保潔整理完都三點了，擦完地抹布臭味整個房間都是。晚上下水道還漏了一地水。這是我住過的最差的了
