有潔癖的媽媽表示很滿意！房間非常乾淨也非常寬敞，設施設備特別齊全，廚房連買菜車都有，住的很方便！位置也很好，離騎樓老街，海大南門小吃街，雲洞圖書館，天空之山公園都很近，還可以步行到海邊沙灘，夜景很美，附近也有商超步行可到！對了，還有固定停車位，住的時間長的話可以把車牌號提供給房東，就可以免費停車，特別好！唯一一點就是地庫標識不明確，建議房東可以自己處理下，就更好啦！

琳人很好，特別有耐心，我們第一次來海口問題比較多，琳都耐心解答，家裡有本小冊子，上面寫滿了來自五湖四海朋友的故事，很有愛很温馨，房間也打理的很好，乾淨又周到，大家評價都很高！有機會會再來多住幾天！

此次全家出行最滿意的民宿！房間空間大且敞亮，廚房小家電很齊全，適合我們有做飯需求的家庭，離海鮮市場很近，房東還教我們去橋底下買實惠海鮮，棒棒噠！地理位置也很好，就在海南大學旁邊，可以散步溜達到南門小吃街，沿途還能順着海邊棧道走到沙灘，夜景很美！

整個海南旅行中住宿最滿意的一家民宿，房間高樓層，前後無遮擋，南北通透，住的很舒服，我們一行8人，臨時多增加了2個人，房東免費給我們在書房加了個床，超級贊！屋內乾淨整潔，配套設施齊全！連直飲機都有，鍋碗瓢盆配置相當齊全，而且很乾凈，臨時落腳了1天，做了一頓豐盛的晚餐！下次有機會一定帶家人多住幾天，特別有家的感覺！

家裡人一致好評，是住過的民宿裏最像家的房子，每個房間都有窗户，並且無遮擋，採光透氣性佳，視野很棒，在24樓，挨着華彩海口灣，可步行至海邊沙灘和棧道，家裡廚具餐具配備齊全，各種電氣設備應有盡有，如家一般便利和温馨，房東也很熱情，服務周到

房間很大，裝修也很不錯，客廳和餐廳的設計很得我婆婆的心意。房東小姐姐人也很洽談，可惜了這次海口之行一直下雨，下回來還住這裏。
