整體一般般吧
設施：
因為天氣，温泉什麼的沒有去體驗無法評價
衞生：
房間總體挺乾淨的，第一晚被子裏有異物也及時處理了
環境：
周邊還是能點到外賣的，就是沒有機器人能送上樓，每次要跑到外面拿
房間內：洗手池太低了，水容易濺到。不過打掃阿姨很貼心幫我墊了毛巾
抽出來一天體驗了早餐和晚餐的自助，衹能説很一般，半成品太多了！
服務態度還是好的，希望酒店管理方面可以改善一下了。

帶孩子出行很友好。
前一天前台電聯，我説帶了小孩，他們還特意佈置了小帳篷玩偶，以及小童洗漱用品。酒店離騎樓，海大南門夜市都很近，有游泳池，小孩在游泳池玩到不想出門。這次時間緊迫沒機會試一下餐廳的早餐，下次有機會。

Everything is excellent. Breakfast is the best ever with a lot of varieties of food. They offered fresh juices and Japanese sushi.

帶娃路經海口，對比之下定了鉑爾曼家庭房，房間內的1.2米高低床和2.2米大床，寬敞程度是其他酒店不能比的😁，房間外還有個超大的露台！小黃鴨房間佈置很可愛，連洗漱用品都是定製小黃鴨的，小朋友超喜歡！酒店早餐很豐富！入住是Molly、Allen辦理的，服務周到，還送了小朋友小包包、給了早餐折扣券。退房時前台Joan也非常nice，總之這次入住鉑爾曼很滿意！
