Elong Anyun Hotel (Haikou Xiuying Convention Center)

The service and cleanliness of this hotel are truly amazing! The staff were welcoming and helpful upon arrival, and their response to any requests was incredibly quick. The room was spotless, the sheets were as clean as new, and there wasn't even a speck of dust in the corners. The bathroom was spotless and odor-free, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. The attention to detail was evident, and my stay was incredibly comfortable. I give it a 100% rating!

1. Poor service. 2. Low floor. Problems caused by the low floor: The internet was poor, and even making calls was difficult with slow lag. 3. Poor soundproofing. From night to morning, there were all sorts of noises: takeout orders in the hallway, the hotel staff talking, and the constant clamor from the restaurant kitchen outside the window. In the morning, there were the sounds of dishes being washed and moved. 4. The noise level was seriously disturbing my sleep; it was unbearable. The soundproofing was poor.
