就是小區裏的那種普通住房，公共廁所。老闆是個老爺子！攜程界面上沒説接送機服務，訂前打電話諮詢了一下有沒有接送服務，老闆説離車站很近可以接送，不是事。然後我就訂了。結果老闆打電話説我們十一點多怎麼到站那麼晚，我也沒往心裏去，他也沒説不接的事。我們到站後給他打電話，他説等會，然後又説不是你電話一打，車就能立馬接你的！然後我們等了半小時，車站已經沒人了就剩我們幾個。老闆來接了，又唸叨着我們訂這麼便宜，還接你們～還説他們他們網上界面都沒有提接送服務之類的！唉真是。之前跟他打電話他説很近 説接送都不是事，後面讓等那麼久、又在抱怨……我沒有非要讓你接送，你可以拒絕説沒有這個服務！大方答應了，又在那説三道四！真無語！第二天我們打個車去了海港，懶得聽那些抱怨！建議需要接送服務的直接找那種網絡界面上就顯示的。免得糟心！

街景不錯 位置也挺好 海口真的潮 老闆説 你雖然花了最便宜的錢 但是 我給你的是最好的房子，謝謝老闆
房子距離火車站 路程不算遠 但是
打車非常繞路，遇到不會走的司機，開着導航繞出去21元，投訴後，花了15元，
認識路的司機，才10元…
打車需謹慎！路不好走…

房間特別非常乾淨衞生，也能夠看到海景，房間價格在周圍來説都特別好，性價比高，住着也安靜，老闆人也特別好，直接下樓來接，直接連續住了好幾天，出小區門就走超市還有很多家吃的，去海邊也方便走十分鐘不到就到了，五星好評
