還可以吧，你説照騙也不算，但是你住進去就會有點驚奇，居然不是乾濕分離，但是老闆人還行，訂外賣也挺方便的，衞生條件也還行，外面也有小店，有超市，附近走幾公里也有地鐵站，還可以

衞生：還行吧～就是看上去不是很乾凈的樣子，其實還行
環境：很一般，需要把所有的下水道口都堵上才能呼吸～味道很大～堵上了還能接受～而且真的就10㎡不到～一個人勉強能湊合一下吧～出小區還有樓梯～有大坡～不太友好的樣子～小區套間樣子的屋子～隔斷房算是
