When contacting the hotel on trip.com the response was very fast and I was happy that someone can help me find the hotel on WeChat (in the end it was easy to find and I didn't necessarily need help but the hotel still confirmed I was heading in the right direction). The room and check in and check out etc, everything was perfect and the room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and a very good location just opposite a big mall, a park and the white palace, and a very short ride to the airport. Lots of food on your doorstep. There is huge projector in the room to watch movies too and they have a communally kitchen, free laundry room, and a game station, and free coffee, tea and juice in the lobby.

Good weekend stay in Guiyang. Friendly and helpful staff. My room was quiet. Location is near the metro station and shopping mall. Also a lot of restaurants nearby. Look forward to another visit soon.

The hotel is located in a residential building right next to the pond, the staff was very helpful and friendly via WeChat as I didn’t speak any Chinese. The room was outstanding with the best and amazing view of the city, you will love it. Although getting there was tricky at first as it’s in a residential building with hidden elevator (better to contact the hotel in advance or ask people around), but it’s centrally located with many restaurants and shops around. Everything was great. Thank you :)

The room is clean and comfortable to live in.The room has a projection.The bathroom is dry and nice. One of the best stays in China for me.

The hotel was impeccably clean, the service was excellent, and the location couldn't be better. Huaguoyuan Shopping Mall is right downstairs, making shopping, dining, and running errands incredibly convenient. The Huaguoyuan White House is also just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for photo opportunities or a leisurely stroll. What I found particularly thoughtful was the direct delivery of takeout to the room door, so there's no need to go downstairs to pick it up – truly a godsend for lazy travelers! Overall, from its cleanliness and amenities to the service quality and prime location, this hotel is simply impeccable. I will absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Huaguoyuan!

This hotel is conveniently located near the White House and the Twin Towers, and you can even enjoy night views of the Twin Towers from your room. It's also easily accessible by car, with an underground parking garage right beneath the hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the facilities are excellent. Each room even comes with an extra-large projector, perfect for an immersive movie-watching experience. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Our hotel room offered a stunning night view of the Twin Towers. It also included complimentary snacks and drinks. The bathroom had a comfortable layout with separate wet and dry areas. There was also an oversized bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak while enjoying the night view – it was utterly comfortable and tranquil! Plus, the hotel offers free parking, a huge convenience for those driving. The hotel staff even called ahead to provide directions to the parking lot, which was a very thoughtful touch!

As it was my first trip to Guiyang, I spent a good while searching for a hotel. I didn't want the hassle of changing places, so I planned to return to the same spot every evening after my activities. It turned out to be incredibly convenient. My stay was seven days and six nights, and overall, it was a fantastic choice. The cleanliness was consistently excellent every day; you could tell the cleaning staff put a lot of effort into their work. All the staff I met at the front desk were also very polite and helpful. They offer self-service laundry, and right downstairs, there's a subway station, plenty of restaurants, and it's easy to catch a taxi. Truly, it's a super convenient location. The lobby area near the front desk is also a comfortable place to relax. At night, you can see the illuminated Twin Towers, and it's less than a five-minute walk to the 'White House'. It really is a great spot. I really outdid myself in finding this hotel, haha! If I ever visit Guiyang again, this will definitely be my top choice. I forgot to take many photos, so I'm just including one I took from the windowsill.

A shopping mall is conveniently located downstairs, and a quick left turn takes you directly to the popular 'White House' landmark. All the time saved from not having to walk far can be dedicated to delicious food – allowing you to spend your days hitting all the hot spots and your nights enjoying late-night snacks!

The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and incredibly accommodating. When I was heading out for the day and didn't want to carry my large luggage, she enthusiastically helped me store it safely. I also needed to change rooms for personal reasons, and she proactively helped resolve the situation to my complete satisfaction. The hotel's location is perfect, with plenty of local eateries, supermarkets, tourist attractions, and shopping malls all within easy reach. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel is very conveniently located near both the Twin Towers and the White House. It's very comfortable, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They offer complimentary coffee, milk tea, and even free ice – a really thoughtful touch. I also liked that you could view the room before checking in, and the free luggage storage was very convenient. I stayed here for several days and had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Upon check-in, the staff proactively offered to show us to our room, patiently introducing the hotel's various amenities along the way. We especially appreciated the ice and beverage dispensers, which meant we could enjoy cold drinks anytime we wanted. The room was spotless and very well-appointed. Complimentary parking is a massive bonus for road trippers. Moreover, the hotel's location is superb, offering incredible convenience for getting around, with the surrounding area absolutely brimming with delicious local food and snacks!
