本來都已經走了，又給我打電話問入住體驗怎麼樣，實在是忍不了了我來説一下：1.我們11點半到的酒店，多次提醒前台人員快一點，前台人員説幫我們兑換早餐券，分別操作我們的手機接近10分鐘，也不知道在幹什麼，最後又跑到機器上才辦好入住；2.我們要求住在隔壁，工作人員給安排的511和512房間居然在走廊距離最遠的兩頭；3.洗好衣服發現居然一個衣架都沒有，打電話讓工作人員送來，拿着衣服等了十分鐘，住那麼多酒店還第一次遇到沒有衣架的；4.最可氣的就是充電樁，酒店門口有一個充電樁我充好後被工作人員告知不是酒店指定，告訴我要停到負一樓，到了負一樓發現充電樁是慢充還比樓上的貴，更可氣的還剩三個充電口兩個顯示離線，挪了車充好發現充電樁到酒店入口走了5分鐘。辦理個入住接近45分鐘才辦好，真的是非常無語！

坦白説不咋地，當時入住我是可以免費升級用户，酒店的人完全忽略，不提升級。我糊裡糊塗住了就算了，沒想到衞生間反臭厲害，完全影響我旅遊的心情，對於酒店衞生我也大打折扣。酒店首先的處理竟然噴空氣清新劑，這應急處理的方式對於一個全國連鎖品牌我認為説不及格的。後面我拒絕了，才給我安排同級別的其他房間。已經夜深了我本不想多計較，但給我的卻是二樓馬路邊的房間，樓下都是夜宵檔。我不得不提及我本是免費升級的客户，雖然周旋了一會還是給我升級了，但作為我一個連鎖品牌，體驗真不好。
