房子離貴陽北站超級近，三個房間兩個衞生間，衞生間都是淋浴和坐便，水温和水壓也很不錯，一次性用品齊全，可以拎包入住，民宿小區外面也有很多飯店，水果店，超市和葯店，早上也有許多賣早餐的。房東回覆非常及時，態度非常好，是一次很好的體驗。

整體佈置温馨，床品睡覺較舒適，大家都睡得很好，三房兩衞都有空調。離北站很近，小區門口公交2個站；離黔靈山公園南門打車10分鐘。兩個房間臨高架上的高鐵，班次很少，聲音很小，晚上12-7點應該是沒有高鐵的，反正完全沒影響，還多安逸。日用品都有很方便。
