數博會假期，帶着老母親和女兒入住萬象温泉馬壠別苑，感覺這是一次非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。 首先説説服務，提前去看房間，加了前台微信後，小姐姐一直很熱情周到的回答我的若干問題，態度謙和有禮，有問必答，一點沒有不耐煩。入住後房間幾位服務員大姐每次送東西過來的微笑，讓人如沐春風，心生愉快。整個住宿的兩天，服務可以打滿分！ 開車到馬龍別苑後，樓下有每一個風景獨立的停車場，停好車就從停車場直接進入房間，非常方便。 房間設施完備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，馬桶，淋浴間，房間裏面獨立的泡池，都是乾乾淨淨。整個房間的設計看得出花了心思（泡池房間裏的裝飾畫，符合環境的詩句，恰到好處的花瓶和綠植），讓人身心放鬆。 從馬壠別苑出來，穿過一道玻璃門，就到了公共泡池的區域，對老年人來説很方便。公共區域有四十多個不同類型的泡池，水質良好，很乾凈。整個公共區域環境設計非常用心，能滿足不同年齡段的需求。老母親這一次也非常滿意，説這是她這幾年泡過的最好的温泉，女兒也很喜歡。 酒店早餐種類豐富，食材材質新鮮，進餐環境舒適優雅。中餐我們在附近點了外賣，也是很快就送到啦，**上有很多可以選擇的店鋪。 這是一次愉快的住宿體驗，下次如果泡温泉，看到會再次選擇這裏！同時也感謝這幾天給我們服務的前台小姐姐，房間服務員，謝謝你們！

父母喜歡泡温泉，特地搜了這家帶私湯。温泉品質非常不錯，爸媽全國到處泡温泉，也對這裏的温泉讚不絕口，連泡三天。早餐的品質也很不錯，強推糯米飯，超級香。服務人員態度也很不錯，尤其是幾位女性和小文。房間裏設施就一般了，也沒有空調。小文提出可以給我們加風扇。私湯的燈也比較暗，長者家要注意下腳步。温泉可以再放一些消息用品。當晚入住的小哥還需要再培訓，沒有説明早餐時間。房間在二樓衹有樓梯，也沒有提醒我們或者主動提出幫我們拿行李，後來還是車庫門開不了我們才叫他來幫忙。
