前台frank和sami服務很好，酒店會提前兩天安排人打電話聯繫提前加個微信就整體的入住體驗非常愉快輕鬆家裡麪入住都很開心，孩子嚷嚷着下次還要來住總之來説，這一次體驗是超出意外的，房價也不貴，酒店的環境很好，包括拍的女排，還有抗體的活動都非常不錯，如果有想要出行的朋友們可以看一看這家酒店強推另外早餐，他們的那個還是有本地特色，非常好，很喜歡。前台還幫忙免費延遲了一下，房間很不錯

酒店服務很貼心，客服Serena提前加了微信，告知酒店的活動，還幫我約了酒店專屬的驚鴻旅拍服務，帶媽媽出來旅遊，長者家原本不想拍照，擔心衣服不合適，沒想到苗族的服飾很出片。攝影師也很耐心，配合酒店的裝飾，很有感覺。

房間很好，保潔、門崗、旅拍、前台服務員態度也非常好，我們去中餐廳吃飯還讓坐包房儘管我們用的衹是套餐。酒店環境幽雅舒適空氣清新宜人，大家都很滿意。唯一問題是臨走想品嚐一下泰式餐廳可惜五點不到不開門，衹能遺憾離開

因為是貴州遊結束回貴陽休整兩天所以有個小院的房間感覺非常舒適，衞生間和服裝行李間都夠大，早餐和餐飲也有各種口味可以選，總之非常適合度假的酒店；特別感謝 Serena，從入住前就聯繫我們安排預約各種體驗活動，期間一直非常貼心的提醒和告知我們早餐時間和餐飲的介紹和預訂，感覺入住很温暖，以後還會選擇安納塔拉酒店

來貴州的第一天入住的就是這家酒店，體驗感很好，居然還有泰餐可以選擇，甜品也好吃，幾乎扶牆而出。在此非常感謝前台apple，不僅服務到位，落在酒店的物品也及時告知並安排快遞寄出。大家可以放心選擇，不會錯的。

房間很寬敞 風景也很好。就是露枱燈光太暗了。酒店小姐姐Apple很熱情，會提前幫客户做好時間安排並告知酒店各項服務時間。在入住期間體驗的親子活動和服裝服務也都很滿意。驚鴻旅拍的照片很出彩，攝影師非常有耐心 取景很好看。
