This was a pet friendly hotel so finding a bug, one that looked similar to a bed bug, in the room was not nice. Given I was on level 50+ I am not sure if the bug came from outside or inside. It was dead by the time I found it.
I was tired so I didn’t change rooms. Didn’t see any more bugs or get bitten though so perhaps was a one off.
I could hear my neighbour’s chat to the extent that I could hear their every word as if someone was speaking to me across the table as far as sound proofing goes.
Other than this the amenities for the hotel was actually really good and the hotel was really homely because of the amenities such as the microwave and sink. Many drawers and clothing closet was all a massive plus. The location of this place was also really good that was why I stayed here. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice and well equipped hotel with good service. The staffs are great and the breakfast is excellent. We’ve stayed more than 10 days in a family suite at the 56th floor and have felt the warm welcome everywhere, from staffs of different levels including the lobby manager, the reception and Ms Wang, the lady in charge of the cleaning of our room. Hotel is clean, quiet and the breakfast is excellent. More than that, this hotel is equipped also with free laundry self service(very practical for long stay), fitness center and a free coffee area in the lobby with good coffee and tea, even with various jams to taste.
The hotel is not in the downtown area but the subway line No 2 is just 100 m from the hotel and can take you easily and quickly to the downtown.
I highly recommend this hotel and will stay in this lovely hotel next time when I come back to Guiyang with my family.

Great & considering service
Well designed apartment type hotel with a lots detailed thoughts
Really good location for us.
Metro line 2 just in the corner of next building.
Lots food around the area.
1～2km to different malls where you can also go to hunt food.
We really appreciate XiaoWang's help for sorting out our family holiday bookings. Definitely will return.

The hotel is very new and clean. The room is big and all of facilities are complete. This hotel is good for family traveler because they have a self-laundry room . also the cs of front desk are very friendly and helpful. Very recommend.
