Good location , clean and friendly staff

Very bad environment, bad attitude, bad review, avoid!

I booked this store on the last day before my return trip. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and enthusiastic! Breakfast is included and the breakfast is also very rich. It is very convenient to take a taxi from Guilin North Railway Station. The most important thing is that there is a Walmart supermarket next to it, where you can get all the souvenirs for your return trip at once! There is also a trade city around, which is quite easy to visit.

The hotel environment is very good. Because I often travel for business, the most important thing is cleanliness and comfort. Both of these are achieved. The breakfast has a full range of varieties, the rice noodles are delicious, and fruits are also given, which is very considerate~

I had my eyes on this hotel before, but my family wanted to book a B&B, so when we arrived after 11 o'clock, they said we had to check in at 2 o'clock. I decisively canceled the hotel and rebooked the Berman. The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and responsible. We parked the car and checked in smoothly. The room was not big but had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The rice noodles and oil tea across the street were delicious. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, and it is 2.6 kilometers back from Prince Jing's Mansion, which is quite convenient. I asked my friend who is keen on B&Bs to comment on Berman, and he said it was great. The room is relatively clean and the location is very close to the North Station. However, the room is said to be 30 square meters in size. The guest room is very small and the bathroom is relatively large, which is unreasonable. The sound insulation is not good, you can hear the door closing clearly in the corridor.

This time I took my parents and granddaughter to travel to Guilin. I read a lot of hotel introductions and reviews before departure, and finally chose this hotel. Because the flight was delayed, it was almost ten o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and put the food we brought in the refrigerator for us. We booked a double bed room. The room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. The room was clean and had no odor. I was worried about mosquito bites and brought anti-mosquito liquid, but it turned out to be useless. The hotel's breakfast tasted good and it was convenient to go out to eat. I asked to check out before two o'clock because my granddaughter took a nap, so the waiter extended the time until I returned at 3 o'clock, overall I am very satisfied👍

I was very dissatisfied with staying at the Berman Hotel this time! First of all, I asked them to arrange a quieter room for me when I checked in. As a result, my door and the neighbor's door were not even opposite each other, but two doors next to each other. You can imagine the banging sound! And the sound of cars running on the road... Early in the morning, there were all kinds of shouting and banging sounds from other people. It was finally quiet, and the Berman started playing music...Is this a hotel for people to rest? The separation is too bad! I told the front desk to turn off this music. After all, it was morning and I had to rest. The front desk said that this was a unified requirement and could not be turned off...Why didn't I have this music in the Berman Hotel in Chongqing? And the sound insulation was very good! It's okay to have music, but you should do a good job of sound insulation! Don't be woken up by your own music! Around 12 noon, the cleaning staff knocked on the door next door. I told her that I wanted to stay longer and this room didn't need to be cleaned. As a result, when I came back in the afternoon, it was still cleaned up. What kind of cleanup was it? The bed was not made, only the bathroom was cleaned, and the essence samples that I didn't use up were thrown away! It really makes people angry! Although the hotel assisted in finding the bag of eye patches I had used... it was found on the cleaning car... I was speechless! When I left, the front desk wanted to give us milk and wanted us to write a five-star review, but I confiscated it. I really can't give a five-star review!!!

The service is good. The location is very close to the North Station. There is a lot of food around Walmart next to it. It is not far from the Elephant Trunk Hill, about four kilometers away. There is a rice noodle shop downstairs that is delicious and cheap. It is worth it. The service is also very good, the front desk is very polite and formal. Disadvantages: The only drawback is that the room is not soundproofed. Everything else is good.

The location of the hotel is good. It is not far from the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Elephant Trunk Hill and East-West Alley. The room is clean and the space is good. I am satisfied with everything. It is very comfortable to live in. I will come again if I have the chance.
