Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lijiang! You must stay at this homestay — their hospitality and service are absolutely top-notch! Every staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m really happy I chose to stay here for my vacation. It made the whole experience even more memorable!

Spacious. Fantastic washing machine. Love the loft. The dogs are photogenic. Do note that the first level is actually the basement but has a pond that you can meditate at.

The staffs were ready to help. The room was great duplex ,it was big, equipted with oxygen generator, humidifier, hot water dispenser, warm closet seat..etc & wahing machine , detergent and clothes dryer...that's things we need.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always greet guests when they see them. Free usage of washing machine and dryer. Best thing was the washing machine in the room!! Loft design was good.

Everything about the hotel was good, they even have a washer machine in the room itself, with detergent aside, way too convenient, and the dogs were so cute.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a restaurant right at the entrance that opens at 5 a.m. I had breakfast there every day. There are also other restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's about a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the Old Town of Lijiang.

Service When I arrived, the staff asked me to upgrade to a bigger room and gave me a black face when I decided not to. When I asked some travel information, he just told me to go ask a travel agency. Room The room had loud dripping noises, the staff at least could fix it. Two water drainage pipes were faulty. Happened previously after seeing past reviews Disposable towels are used. Water absorption is bad and you're basically using poor quality paper towels to pat yourself dry. Environmentally bad too. Floor mat was not changed in 3 days. Amenities The washing machine is only available from 9am to 9pm. You have to sacrifice precious travel time if you want to wash clothes. There's a mini washing machine in the room but it can only wash a few items at a time. The room has a oxygen machine in the room which could be useful for those with altitude sickness. Location Not for those using public transport as important bus stops are 10 plus minutes away

too many complementary good location

The hotel location is great. It is very closed to the Lijiang old town. There are plenty resturants nearby which is on the other hand it might make you confused to choose from. The hotel is new and clean. The facility is the best. The room has 2 floor. The toilet and shower on the lower floor has only 1 door which might not be convient if you would like to use it at the same time. However, there is another extra toilet on the second floor which is very helpful if you need to go to toilet during night time. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but many nearby resturants open very early like 5-6 am. So, there should be no problem. The hotel owner is a group of young people. They are not able to speak English, but they are willing to help if you have any questions or concerns. They are friendly and you can count on them. I wwill stay here again if I come back to Lijiang. Recommend!

Very pretty hotel! Managed to get an upgrade to the lovely elegant duplex room at a discount! They have 2 big golden retriever as well! Very cute! And they have good heater and air con system as well! VERY NEARBY ANCIENT TOWN! Recommend!!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience with a mix of pros and cons. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, and one unique feature was the bathtub in the living area. However, there was no view from our room as it faced another building, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, the hotel’s location was great—easily accessible and within walking distance of Lijiang Ancient Town, making it convenient for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the hotel has two large dogs in the lobby, which some guests might find friendly, but others may not be comfortable with. Communication was another challenge, as the staff did not speak English, so we had to rely on Google Translate for conversations. Regarding amenities, the hotel does not provide regular towels, but they do offer disposable towels, which was fine for us. A big plus was the in-room washing machine, which was very useful for washing light clothes during our stay. On our last day in Lijiang, we faced an issue booking a train ticket to Dali through Trip.com, as it showed no availability. Fortunately, the host, Michael, went above and beyond to help us find alternative transportation at a cheaper rate, which we really appreciated. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for its location and amenities, but be prepared for language barriers and a lack of scenic views from some rooms.
