The hotel room is clean and situated at a very excellent location . It is just walking distance to XIZHA scenic area. Staffs are friendly and breakfast just nice. I would recommend my friend to stay in this hotel.

My children liked too much, special the bed arrangement. Reception can make communication in English.

Abit dirty ,customers service r good.

The location was perfect. Located right next to the ancient towns entrance. However the room smelled a bit musty and a few things were in need of repair. Also I need coffee and there was none to be had at breakfast. Also the windows were too thin and the street traffic was loud.

Actually location is very good very close to West gate , if you prefer to rent a hotel outside gate so location is good, room is big ,but not clean at all even tea plates were dirty , floor was full of black hair(I am blond, no way it is mine) but shampoo and body wash smell very nice and quality is ok, hair dryer ac is working normally , the only problem for me that it was dirty and staff doesn't know English at all, and you don't have a view from window just big tree

The room is warm and comfortable, the environment is elegant, the service attitude is very good, the facilities are complete, there is a laundry room, it is very convenient to have a laundry room for summer travel accommodation. When checking out, the hotel also gave a small gift, which was an unexpected surprise.

The hotel has complete facilities and a great location. It is just opposite the Xizha Memorial House in Wuzhen. It takes about 3 to 5 minutes on foot to reach the entrance of the Xizha Scenic Area. It is very convenient. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and very quiet at night. It is worth recommending.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk from the Xizha Scenic Area. The air conditioning, TV, and shower are all very good. The front desk clerk is enthusiastic, and even upgraded the room type, introduced the fun Nanzha Scenic Area, and gave gifts when leaving the hotel. In short, this trip to Wuzhen was very happy!

The location is great, right across from the Xizha Scenic Area. The lady at the front desk is very nice and speaks softly. The room is clean and tidy, and there is a balcony. It is very comfortable to sit at the small table there and drink tea.
