Staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. After a painful check in. Aircon isn't working properly and takes forever to cool. Location is facing the road, and right below a KTV which gets really noisy. To top it all of, there were mosquitoes the entire night because housekeeping did not close the windows fully (my guess is they wanted to air the room). Talk about a bad stay.. 😔
