We stayed here for a HIS Kurobe Gorge and Tateyama Alpine Route tour. Other companies' tours with similar rates were hotels for skiers in Hakuba, and there was an additional charge of 10,000 yen when staying at this hotel. It was a room facing the Kurobe River as I expected when I arrived at the hotel and entered the room. After riding the truck train in Kurobe Gorge, you can immerse yourself in the afterglow, and I think the sound of the river flowing through the mountain stream will relax you. Regarding hot springs, there is a large public bath for men and women on the first basement floor, which is very clean. There is no open-air bath, but the green of the Kurobe River valley can be seen through the large glass windows. The large public bath with open-air bath on the 1st floor is the best, but here it is a men's and women's time shift system. Another private bath on the first basement floor is open to the public, but the location is difficult to find. The hot water of the famous Unazuki Onsen is drawn in by a pipe from Kuronagi on the Torokko Train, and I could see the pipeline from the Torokko. Since it was a cheap tour, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but it was very delicious and I could feel the chef's commitment. It was a long-established store in Toyama Prefecture, using local ingredients and soy sauce. The food alone is worth staying at this hotel. Good food isn't just for dinner, breakfast is just as high quality. I thought I could get 3,000 yen just for breakfast. Mr. Nakai who is in charge of the meal and the male staff were kind, but it was a little disappointing that the other people gave the impression of being dry. Also, there were a lot of stinkbug carcasses on the sash of the window in the room.
