At first, I booked a special room, and then my wife got sick and went to the hospital, so I cancelled it, but later I found that I needed it again, so I booked it again, but the price dropped a little bit, and then the customer service questioned me angrily. I want to ask, am I the guest or is she the guest? The service attitude is so bad all of a sudden. Don't your internal staff train employees on basic speech skills? Don't they know how to speak properly? Or they sent voice messages with that tone and attitude. I won't come to your place anymore. Then they told me to pay the original price of 150 a night, saying that the special price is to arrange a bad room. Then I want to ask, why is there a bad room? Is this how you do business to deceive consumers? Then in the end, I still lived in a bad room, provided that I had already paid the original price. I will definitely complain to you. Although it was not explicitly said to be a bad room, I clearly felt that it was completely different from the one I lived in before. The lighting was not good and the quilt was very dirty. They only changed it when I was asked to. There were spider webs everywhere in the bathroom. You are deceiving consumers!
