I was really angry when I was woken up at around 2 a.m. I couldn’t fall asleep for a long time. When I finally fell asleep, the door suddenly opened and I was woken up again. I called the front desk on Ctrip, and they said that an auntie was here to clean. I said we hadn't checked out yet, and we had booked for two days, so why were they bothering us at seven in the morning! ! !
