Best for a quiet, scenic getaway with beautiful ocean views and spacious rooms. We appreciate the friendly staff, relaxing pools (including an infinity pool), and on-site dining options. Rooms are okay, because there is some minor cleanliness issues and some parts of the hotel feel a bit outdated. Overall, it’s a great spot for couples and families looking for a relaxing stay slightly away from Guam’s main tourist areas.

I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!

We stayed a night in a renovated standard room, then upgraded to a Laguna suite which is the same as 2018. We enjoyed both rooms but prefer the renovated start room. As for management and staff, they were excellent from the front desk, the Point and all the restaurant outlet staff. Manny, Alex, April, Jasmine, and Briana keep up the great service.

Overall, the place gives a rustic feel especially the room. It makes one feel that it needs some kind of renovation.

After considering several hotels for a family trip, I booked a two-night stay here. The lobby was more upscale than the previous day, but the rest of the facilities felt significantly outdated. The pool was covered in leaves and debris. No one was cleaning up, and only two other groups, including us, were playing. From then on, we only played in the infinity pool. The buffet was the worst. I booked it hoping to have a quick meal, but they offered a discount for guests. We paid $68.75, including tax, for two adults and one child. There was barely any food to eat. We just ate vegetables. My child said he didn't have anything to eat. There were only two drinks: calamansi-flavored lemonade and iced tea. It was a truly unique experience. The cigarette sensor kept going off in the middle of the night, waking me up early. Turns out it was a dead battery. And when I parked my rental car in the parking lot, there were wild chickens pooping all over the place. It was just hilarious.

It's a bit inconvenient because it's far from the main Tumon area, but it's good because there are no buildings blocking the view. The hotel feels old and the water pressure in the shower is weak. The staff are all very friendly.

The hotel's infinity pool is very good, and there is basically no one who rents it! If you rent a car, it is also very convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from the city center. The hotel is a bit old, but the hot water for bathing is very hot, thumbs up 👍

The location is a bit far, but it is a very quiet and nice hotel. All rooms have an ocean view, and it is better to rest and play quietly than the famous hotels in Tumon. The facilities are a bit old, but it is a great hotel for the price. The food and cocktails at the pool bar are cheap, delicious, and good. Above all, the staff was friendly and the pool was clean.

Stayed here for the second time. The location is a bit remote, but it is very convenient to drive in. It is cost-effective. The parking lot is large. The infinity pool is a highlight for watching the sunset.
