The hotel environment is good, but the front desk doesn't understand Chinese and English is not fluent, and communication is difficult. This is a problem that does not exist in other hotels during this trip to Jeju Island. I hope it can be improved.

Very good hotel, located near Tianjin Port, with a good location and pick-up service. The hotel has a beautiful and artistic appearance, the room is clean and tidy, the space is large, and the decoration is comfortable and modern. It was a place I've wanted to go to for a long time. It was really great. It was my first time traveling to Udo Island, and I had a really great time. The bedding was also really nice. When I took pictures, it looked like Europe. ㅎㅎㅎ

There are many things to see at Hundert Hills, such as extended stay service, as there are no ferries due to the high wave warning. Also, the restaurant food and Winz Cafe ice cream 🍦 were 20% discount, which was nice.

My girlfriend said she wanted to stay in Udo, so I made a reservation at Hundert, which seemed the best. There was a small 24-hour store, and the accommodation was wider and more comfortable than I thought. The staff was friendly, but the weather was bad on the day I went, so I had no choice but to use the restaurant in the accommodation. I tried both dinner and breakfast, but… they didn’t really suit my taste. Please take note.

Clean, big bed and room, great view of Seongsan Ilchulbong! The breakfast at Hundert Hills was delicious and coffee was included in the Hundertwasser Park admission ticket so I had a good rest and enjoyed the view.

Although it is a resort, there are rooms where you cannot cook. You should consider this carefully when making a reservation. We thought it was possible, but... it was awkward. It was deserted overall because it was off-season. The accommodations are expensive for the off-season. ㅜㅜ

The second is that the humanization is very poor. The hotel occupancy rate is very low. We asked to postpone the check-out for 30 minutes and were directly asked to pay an extra 20,000 won. I have lived in many other countries and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. In addition, I missed the last ferry in autumn because I didn't know the time. I missed the first night. After applying for explanation, I still didn't get a refund. Overall, the room is good, but I will not stay there again next time and I will not recommend it to others.

The best hotel I stayed in Jeju Island, the hotel is on Udo Island, it is better to have an international driver's license to rent a car. The service attitude is good, call the hotel to pick up after going to the island, it is a very stylish hotel, clean and sanitary, the suite is very large. The children like it very much. The sea is more beautiful at night.
