Mabangzhai Camp, covering 33 acres, is a high-end boutique camp offering accommodation, helicopter flights, a luxury car club, travel photography, a cafe, a horse ranch, a restaurant, and a Mabang sundry shop. Located on the main route to Qiaxi Forest Park, it's only a seven- or eight-minute drive from the scenic entrance. If there's a water outage, we'll use a water truck to pump well water to solve your water needs. Regarding the toilet's automatic flushing issue, we've had an engineer inspect it and it's now working properly. Mabang Jianghu Restaurant is right next to the hotel, so you don't have to travel too far to enjoy their signature dishes like Mabang sturgeon and crispy crucian carp. Our breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and focuses on nutritional balance. To ensure a comfortable stay, each room is located in its own courtyard, so each room doesn't interfere with other rooms. Regarding stargazing, it's not always possible, and the courtyard lights are for illumination purposes only. It is in a very independent position and is surrounded by natural landscapes. In order to make the project more diverse and comprehensive, and to allow tourists to experience the joy of riding without leaving home, we have specially designed and built a horse farm on the side of the guest room, with a total area of ​​23 acres. The site is surrounded by white fences and special grass for horse farms is planted. When there are tourists, they all ride slowly. It is not what you said about blocking the road, and no one has ever raced horses in it. The guest room is still a certain distance away from the horse farm, and the room is also equipped with light-transmitting but non-transparent privacy curtains. In fact, there is no need to worry about privacy issues. Traveling is a happy and beautiful thing. As the sun sets, watching tourists riding leisurely in the horse farm is actually a beautiful scenery. 2. Regarding the stargazing, we sincerely apologize for not being able to see the starry sky you hoped for during your trip to Qiasi. However, we have never advertised stargazing at our campsite on any platform. Regarding the odor in the room, our room is converted from a shipping container, primarily constructed from finished wood planks. We have never used any paint or other harmful materials. Regarding the lack of a window in the bathroom, we do have windows throughout the bathroom. For privacy, we do have glass doors between the toilet and shower. However, if you find the air foggy after showering, you can open the window in the shower area for ventilation. 5. Regarding breakfast, we serve breakfast in a buffet style. If we add too much food at once, the ingredients will dry out. Therefore, we add small amounts frequently, based on the number of guests arriving. Our breakfast starts at 9:30 AM, which is also based on the dining times of previous guests. Most guests dine after 9:30 PM, so we don't add too much food before 9:30 AM. We add food after guests arrive to ensure the freshness of the ingredients. As for the cherry tomatoes that were cracked, it was indeed our negligence and failure to inspect them properly. We have already punished the breakfast manager and kitchen staff on duty that day and will ensure that such incidents will not happen again. 6. Regarding the water outage, we would like to first apologize for this issue. Due to the increase in the number of people in Qiaxi this year, the municipal water pressure is insufficient. Just on the day you checked in, the municipal government notified that the water supply will be cut off for 12 hours to solve the water pressure problem in the entire township and to better serve the guests visiting Qiaxi in the future. The municipal government issued a red-headed document to notify us of this water outage. It was not intentional on our part, and this is the only time we have experienced a water outage since our opening. So I don’t know where the basis for your statement about frequent water outages comes from. In order to solve the water supply problem for the guests this time, we specially borrowed a sprinkler truck to pump well water to meet the guests’ water needs. When you checked in, the front desk also told you about the water outage. If you need to check out, we will check you out, so there is no deception or concealment. At 8:32 the next morning, you did send a WeChat message to the front desk customer service to ask if there was water. The customer service replied to you at 9:03. In this regard, we did not respond in time, which was indeed our dereliction of duty. We also criticized the customer service staff on duty that day and made corresponding penalties. Because the customer service is on night shift, the requirement is to be on duty at the front desk until 3 a.m., so the morning working time is 9:00.
