The staff service is very bad. When checking in, they took money from my hand when I was going to pay the 50 ringgit deposit in front of the hotel and said they would refund it on the check-out day. The room was not clean. There was hair on the bed when I entered the room. And the worst thing is when returning the deposit, they chatted to tell me when I would check out so that the staff would come to refund the money. But I chatted from 9 am until 1 pm and they didn't read the chat. When checking out, they didn't come to refund the money. I waited for 1 hour until I had to contact Trip. My friend had to go get another staff to go find the person who took the money. When I called them to talk, they acted like they didn't know anything even though they were the ones who took the money. In the end, they returned the money and pretended not to know anything and disappeared. They didn't apologize or say anything and then walked away. What????

The room is considered okay for those who travel on a budget. But the only disadvantage is that the room smells a bit strong of cigarettes. But the service of the staff is considered okay. We can only contact the staff in the chat because the hotel does not have a reservation. There will be an admin to contact you via WhatsApp and there is 1 staff who is a butler. Check-in is also contacted via WhatsApp. The response is considered fast. No need to wait long.
