There was a smell as soon as I entered the room, which seemed to be a musty smell and sewer smell due to lack of ventilation.
The wash basin was probably clogged and the water was draining very slowly.
You need to use WhatsApp to get the key number when you check in. There is no such app in the Xiaomi mobile app store, so the staff came to handle it later.
The shower head is a top spray, and the angle cannot be adjusted. It is easy to splash water on the body when you just start taking a shower.
There are four pillows, but each one is very uncomfortable and my neck hurts.
I don't know what store is opposite the room. The exhaust fan is turned on at 5 o'clock every morning. The sound is so loud that I must have woken up.
In a word, the check-in experience is very bad. The only advantage is that it is close to the mural street in the old city.

I really liked the convenient self check-in process, which made the stay hassle-free. The property’s design is modern and unique, standing out from the usual Peranakan tile style often seen in George Town. It offers a fresh, contemporary vibes. rocess, as it required a last-minute deposit without prior notice on their pages. The housekeeping team had difficulty understanding English, which caused some communication issues. The concept of using a wooden box for digital keys felt odd and impractical. Safety was a concern as there was no visible security on-site. Lastly, I experienced unnecessary rudeness from customer service, particularly from Jack, which left a negative impression

Very comfortable, I didn't get used to the bed, I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. The room is exactly the same as the picture, simple and elegant design, I really love it! It's a pity that I didn't take a photo of the room🥹
