"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bar is now open! Besides special cocktails , they serve skewers as well.sometimes when i don’t feel like going out ,i can just head up to the bar on the 9th floor to relax."

"Location: The apartment experience this time is excellent. The same building as the Courtyard Hotel is the biggest highlight. You can see the sea view by pushing the window and the view is wide and comfortable. The apartment has complete facilities, the sofa feels soft and comfortable, the height of the selected floor is suitable, and the daily living is convenient and comfortable. Dining: The surrounding area is very convenient Apartment management specifications: professional reception process at the door, gym and other public facilities are also available to meet the basic needs of life and leisure. The fly in the ointment is that the luggage storage point is located in the surrounding supermarkets, the charge is high, the large suitcase is 16 yuan/day, the small suitcase is 8 yuan/day, but the price can be negotiated. The reception staff at the entrance of the apartment was friendly and the communication experience was good. On the whole, this is a very satisfying stay, and the next trip will be preferred here."

"Good location and offer free multilevel carpark. This property is still doing renovation so it could be dusty. Our family loves the view most. You can see scenic mountains and sea views from the highest level. The swimming pool is my children's favourite spot. Too bad the sprinkle was not working. Room is spacious and clean, with the price paid nothing to be complained about. The service of front desk could be further improved. I asked about wifi they told me they will send through whatsapp but i didnt receive any text messages throughout the stay. Not that i need it but the hospitality is missing."

"I stayed at this apartment with my family from 14th to 19th October and was very pleased with the overall experience. The location is excellent, and all the rooms were clean and well maintained. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bed, which was noticeable even for someone with sensitive skin. The room provided a comfortable and pleasant stay for our family.🤍🤍🤍 The only minor issue was that the lift waiting time was quite long, despite there being four lifts available. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and family who are planning to visit the area.🥳"

"I really liked the hotel's distinctive style and its rich sense of history. This was the priciest hotel on my trip to Malaysia, and also the one I was most looking forward to. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money, despite a few minor drawbacks. Firstly, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming during check-in, but unfortunately, they didn't speak Chinese, which made communication a bit challenging. Thankfully, a Chinese-speaking service was available via phone later on. Secondly, the room was very spacious, particularly the bathroom, which was incredibly roomy. The double vanity sinks were convenient, but the twin beds were surprisingly small and felt completely out of proportion with the otherwise large room. Thirdly, the hotel's ambiance was excellent and very quiet. The sea view from our room was beautiful, and the infinity pool was unforgettable. However, staying in the Victory Annexe meant we couldn't access the Heritage Wing's pool, which prevented us from fully enjoying all of the hotel's facilities and scenic views. Fourthly, the hotel's location was superb. It's right by the sea and also very close to major central attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring local culinary delights. Fifthly, the hotel's breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of dishes with high-quality ingredients. The ice cream was particularly delicious! A special thank you to the hotel for the thoughtful welcome gift. If I visit Penang again, I would definitely consider staying here."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to get anywhere. We were treated to a stunning sunrise from our executive sea view room on the very first morning. The hotel staff were exceptionally good. My only minor gripe was that breakfast could get a bit crowded, which led us to try three different dining options over our three-day stay. A nice touch was the complimentary minibar on the first day. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

"Excellent Stay at Penang Marriott Executive Apartments My recent stay at the Penang Marriott Executive Apartments, which are combined with the Penang Marriott Hotel and share the same facilities, was truly exceptional. The friendly front desk staff provided clear explanations upon check-in. My room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped like a home, and included a free mini-bar, with a stunning sea view. A huge thanks goes to the housekeeping team for the lovely birthday decorations and card. My special appreciation also goes to Ms. Melanie for her thoughtful wish card, and to those who decorated the birthday cake on the table—their efforts truly made my celebration special. The facilities, including good swimming pools for both adults and kids, were great, and parking was convenient. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Gurney Drive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and fresh options, including fresh juice and coffee, served by friendly and helpful staff. Every staff member I met was warm and welcoming, contributing to a truly wonderful experience."

"We booked a one-night stay on short notice and were so glad to have found this place. The host responded quickly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped (including a water dispenser), and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate eight people. The location is very convenient, close to the highway, making it easy to access various attractions. There's also a morning market within walking distance for local food and daily necessities.
