I absolutely love this hotel! It far exceeded my expectations. Initially, I just wanted a value-for-money option for my Penang trip, but staying here turned out to be amazing. The location is very convenient for exploring George Town’s attractions. The breakfast is fantastic! On my last day, I had to catch an early flight and paid for breakfast—never expected the variety and quality of food to be so worth the price. The staff are friendly, and the housekeeping team is polite and welcoming. The night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was my favorite moment each night. I’ll definitely choose St Giles again when I return to Penang!

Fast check in process by Mr Saran. Easy parking access (no need to take any parking ticket. Receptionist will register your car plate number and you can enter and out from parking lot how many time you want). Requested birthday decorations and im so happy when i saw the decoration. It was so amazing! And we get small cake too! Thanks St Giles Wembley Penang for this hospitality!
Booked Premier King room. I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort room. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable just the pillow is a bit hard for me. Nice view from the room. Quiet room.
Breakfast 9/10. Many varieties of food. Delicious! Especially the taufufa. I repeat 3 times 😊.
Gym is pretty nice and had adequate equipment. Pool view is Komtar 💜 Great location. Walking distance to 1st Avenue Mall, and most places.
Hope this hotel will maintain the services, and cleanliness for long time. Will certainly return to St Giles Wembley Hotel on my next visit to Penang.

Had a staycation over the weekend with my friend and we were suprised they prepare a birthday cake for my friend. Love the breakfast and the amenities. Nearby to 1st Avenue mall and the local attractions. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is superb. First impression this could be an old crib, but then all facilitiea in the room and bathroom was just fantastic. Complete amenities and the " clean sajadah " provided is appreciated. No hustle, quite and smooth checking in and out. Appreciate the automated water dispenser and glass bottle. Super super needed after a long walking ride all day.

Love it love it love it. I got a view to kill for. The service is great, check in was smooth, the staffs are friendly and professional. It’s a central area so main tourist attraction like Chulia street, Hin Bus Depot, Chew Jetty are walkable distance. I walk alone in midnight from chulia street and it’s pretty safe. Shopping malls are near by so can easily access. Breakfast was good. But I think the pool area can be improved to look lively. It’s pretty dull so I didn’t even go for swimming. Over all, this is definitely the place I will recommend and will stay again next time.

Everything is good except the pool is a bit small for a 4 star hotel…. Great to have water fountain and no kore plastic bottle !!! Lastly great bft till 1030 👍
