I booked this hotel again after two weeks. I feel that the facilities are more complete than when it first opened. The restaurant is relatively small but the quality is good. Although the room is small, it is also very good among the nearby hotels. The only drawback is that the aromatherapy is a bit strong. I will come again next time if there is a 10x points promotion.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the heart of Georgetown. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and stocked with premium products and complete amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed — I had a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to a supermarket and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a good spread of options. A highlight of my stay was their buffet breakfast with free-flow champagne — such a treat! Special thanks to the hotel staff for their outstanding service, especially Mr. Imran. He was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay — truly made me feel welcome. Highly recommended for both leisure and business traveler !

i stayed with my family last week. and we had a great stay. the location was superb, with nice evening breeze at the pool side which is small but cozy. we had dinner at the restaurant and the dishes are cooked with passion. u can easily tell by the way they dress up the dish! the bubble breakfast was amazing, luckily we managed to remain sober eventhough the champagne is very tempting. Kudos to all the staff, from Reception to Housekeeping for doing all their best to make this hotel exciting. Special thanks to the chefs for the delicious food, the boy who handle the fruit juices and also Imran, who serves with patient and a bright smile regardless how busy the restaurant is. Great team! One of my most fav hotels to stay in Georgetown. It's so strategic to all the cafes I wanted to visit & walking distance to Hin Bus Depot. The hotel was so clean and aesthetic. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so good and friendly! Definitely recommended and will come back again to visit. They also have shuttle to bring you around in Georgetown.

Loved my stay! Cozy environment, great location, and the free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The room had a stylish black-themed design, felt cool and comfortable, and came with all the amenities I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is very central, walking distance to komtar and to the famous new lane hawker center. Rooms are designed with modern and sleek finishings. The front desk is also very friendly and showed us to our lift area. Good spread of breakfast selection and we could order unlimited ala cart. We loved the noodles and the pancake was fluffy :) We were served bubbles for breakfast too! Would definitely come stay here again.
