"This hotel was supposed to be a 4-star, but when I got there, they said they upgraded me to their 5-star place because of some change in plans.
So, what I'm writing about is the 5-star hotel, and I'm totally grateful for the upgrade!
The hotel, even though it was old, was super clean and had awesome services like massages and personal stuff.
My room was pretty big, the bed was clean and comfy, and breakfast was amazing.
The only issue was they said there was private parking, but they just parked my car in the lot next door and charged me 30 euros for one night until morning. The parking fee wasn't mentioned anywhere."

"This Holiday Inn in Genoa truly impressed me! The rooms boast a decidedly modern design, yet are tastefully adorned with classic oil paintings, murals, and exquisite decorative touches. Setting a high standard for service, every interaction, from check-in to room service, showcased professionalism and genuine care. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, resulting in a flawless and truly perfect stay. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide and varied selection to satisfy every palate. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making getting around incredibly convenient. The only minor drawback was the slightly convoluted route to the parking garage, but this small issue absolutely pales in comparison to the overall excellence. The entire experience was flawless, and I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next trip to Genoa!"

"This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far."

"This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high. Thank you."
