"The hotel is very old-fashioned, the key is still the original kind with teeth, it is not allowed to go out, it is estimated that I am worried about losing Guo copy. The elevator is grid, it will tremble when it stops, the curtains are very dirty, a layer of gray visible to the naked eye, and the bedside board is loose. Hotels at the same price are completely several grades higher.
The only better thing is that it is close to Prince Square, and the nearby trains, subways and buses are more convenient."

TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

GGuest Userthe location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

AAnnikenmeWe were accommodated in a neighboring hotel (also from the same owner). We liked everything. The breakfast was great, the room itself was very beautiful. The location is right next to the train station, but there is no noise.

YYudumPersonal à l'accueil très sympatique. Ils parlent français c'est donc très pratique. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner a bcp de choix. Le service est efficace et propre. Only bemol the draps are not changed every day... there is just a cleaning of the rooms without change of draps. Good stay. Near the city. I recommend.

It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

TTheRealMamamiyaIt's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach. The town next to it is quite pleasant.

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient, right next to the station. The room itself was surprisingly good. I arrived early and they kindly allowed for an early check-in. The front desk staff were all wonderful! The bathroom was also quite spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive. Plus, there's a super cute elevator!

CCaleb LiIt is a very clean and very new hotel , it is not a hotel, but all the environment is very clean,  character ratio is high, the staff does not understand English, but can also communicate , the boss is very good, and there is a capsule coffee machine , the traffic is very close to the station, it is recommended

GGuest UserThe gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, the main door’s chain lock was broken, as well, there wasn’t any food menu or tv instructions in the room, and no toiletries other than shampoo. The positives? Well, the room was very clean, the staff were all pleasant and the wake up call actually worked! Certainly a no frills hotel but very convenient to the airport.
