The room was okay however it didn’t feel very clean. The heater was also not working well and we were still cold after switching on the heater. Receptionist was nice and polite. There are activities you can book with the hotel as well

Recommend for those who want to go to Tianchi lake.

Pretty well placed, next to the west touristic service center of Changbaishan. The reception was quick, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean, very worth for the price !

Nothing major, but good if you want to explore the area and just sleep at the hotel. People at reception extremely friendly and available to help for anything you need and ask

Loved that the hotel is right around the corner from the Scenic Tourist Centre, staff at the hotel were welcoming, very helpful and lovely. Front desk staff were very accommodating and we appreciated their help in providing us with information on the tourist spots nearby. They also recommended a very nice local restaurant in a nearby town and it was delicious. The hotel does not have much food options available around but there are plentiful on the delivery apps. Loved out stay here and would recommend it to people wanting to visit the West side of the mountain.
