Great hotel. Lift a bit slow as many people staying. Gym is not linked to the hotel. Close at 10 pm. Nearby plenty of food. Services is excellent. Very comfortable hotel.

when I check in I was told there are no more room that I booked - non smoking and 3 ppl room .After long time discussion with receptionist - which she defo dunno what she is doing as well - request me to refund and purchase again then she instruct me to purchase the wrong amount, crazy . And like around 45mins finally we got the right room.
The room is fine, but old. The tv was broken , the socket broken . We need call someone to fix. Water pressure is low . Room is dusty.
Mostly is The receptionist really make my trip upset.

In order to apologize, we made a room upgrade plan for you. It may have caused you misunderstanding at the time, and we didn't instruct you to buy it. The amount is wrong. Secondly, in the 45-minute process, in order to give you a comfortable stay environment, we took the initiative to lead you to visit our room types and asked you to choose the upgraded room type. Since the Supreme King Room we visited meets your preferences and satisfies you, our staff also informed you that the room type you modified and the room type you like need to make up the price difference for upgrading. This is really embarrassing. Finally, in order to satisfy you, we gave you a plan to stay, that is, the audio-visual room type is upgraded to a twin-bed room type and a bed is added for free to meet your sleep needs. Very good place hotel very very good service and upgrade room to my family room and level 38 have one restaurant Chinese food very good must go to try MRT also near hotel about 300m

This is a very large hotel and has been established for quite some years, however their room condition has been well kept and clean with modern design.
We stayed at the triple room as we travel with a family. Cleaniless are good and room are quite well equipped with basic room necessity.
A lot of choices for breakfast and location is just next to a shop lot or small mall for your convenient to get things.
This is more like a hotel for functions as they have a lot of halls and others services but still well maintained.

Great location and friendly staff, genuinely friendly. Great and typical Chinese hotel breakfast with noodle bar, salads bar, pastries and different types of Chinese dishes. The room interior is nice. Loads of restaurants right outside the hotel and MTR. 2 malls nearby, one on the connecting building and the other across the street New DNA.

Room is spacious with 1 king and 1 double size bed. Clean and comfortable. Desserts served at night, they bring it to our room. Near to Metro station and a shopping mall. Lots of eatery shops nearby.

The hotel is very close to the train station. There is a large shopping mall nearby. There are delicious restaurants. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large. Next time I go to Foshan, I will stay here again.

I have stayed here before and it was wonderful. I wanted to say the same again, but I just can't. The rooms were great. We had two 4-person rooms. However, since my last stay, the smell of smoke seems to be quite strong. Despite paying for 4 people in a room , we only received two towels / 2 bottles of water per room each day.
Every time we approached the reception staff, ALL staff would make it obvious that they felt uncomfortable serving us because we spoke English. They would look at each other and then try to get the other staff member to serve us. I understand there is a language barrier, and it is difficult. However, a smile would go a long way to making people feel welcome, Once the reception staff got over their initial hesitation, they were helpful and kind. However, when you have to deal with people being hesitant to help you 2- 3 times a day, it makes you not want to be there. Some staff appear to have not been in the actual hotel rooms, so when you talk to them about some stuff, they appear to not know what you are talking about. On my last night there, I walked through the lobby next to reception. A man was vomiting in reception, his girlfriend holding a rubbish bin. It was gross. I was surprised the staff didn't do anything to help them or move them to a bathroom. The smell was strong. I walked through an hour later and the couple were gone but the bin and vomit sat in in the middle of everyone's walking path, and there didn't seem to be a hurry to clean it up. I really wanted to love this hotel again, but I just didn't. Breakfast was okay. I just feel they should have some sort of warmer for some foods because it goes cold quickly.

Good service provided by staff at the check-in counter, breakfast venue, as well as cleansing team.
Closed to metro, walk about 10 minutes from Exit A, but be aware that there's no escalator when you walk down to the metro flatform.
Room is spacious, quiet and clean. Reasonable choices for breakfast though most of them are local food.

Spacious clean room, comfy beds, short walk to the metro. Plenty of options for food nearby. Love to also have the washing machine & dryer since we're travelling for some time.
The only downside is the wait time for the lift.
