"Best of the three hotels used in Shandong this trip.  Best bit was how helpful the staff were. They went out of their way to feed me (the all day dining restraint was closed that day).  QR code for room service links are broken - back to someone coming to the room with print outs of the menu.  Food a tad bland: fruit was good. The bowl of fried rice could  have fed a family of 6.  Very limited English spoken all round, but we all muddled through."
