GGuest UserOn our road trip to Qingdao, we passed through Dongying and decided to stay overnight. We had originally booked a twin room, but upon arrival, seeing we had a child with us, they upgraded us to a king room. (A staff member had even called the day before to confirm our needs.) We visited the Yellow River Estuary scenic area. However, you need to take a boat to see the actual confluence of the river and sea, and we were worried our child wouldn't sit still, so we ultimately decided not to take the boat trip. The hotel was much better than I expected, and most importantly, the service staff were all exceptionally good! The lady at the front desk on the evening of our check-in (the 14th) and the lady who ran out to give us a bag of fruit when we checked out the next day – their service was truly exceptional! Unfortunately, I didn't have my glasses on, so I couldn't see their names clearly!
