"My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. "Excellent Transit Hotel Given the city's terrible traffic, I decided not to venture out and instead stayed at this hotel during my 12-hour transit. It was a great experience using this hotel as a stopover before my domestic flight. The gym was unavailable due to renovation work and appeared quite small, but the rooftop bar was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again."
