SSxoronVery clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

GGuest UserA medium-sized luxury hotel with a calm feeling. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area, but it is convenient because you can go to Banani Super Market in less than 10 minutes on foot. Most of the movements used Pathao, but the guardman will be sent to the entrance 24 hours a day and can be called with peace of mind. (this car is not Arabic, but Bengal, so it is difficult to discriminate.)

NNicolaas Maria BosIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated. In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely. The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable. What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great. It’s a little hard to find because the sign for the hotel is not obvious but everything including the buffet breakfast is really nice. The restaurant will try and force you to buy an expensive specialty water by bringing it to your table without asking. Make sure to ask the price of any water before you open it! After the first time it happened, I told them not to do it again and they honored my demand. I would return here in the future.
