LliqunThe interior of the hotel is quite good, the room facilities are of high quality, the hygiene is good, the breakfast is rich, and the staff are very warm and decent. I didn’t ask for a ride at the hotel, so I used Uber, which was cheaper than asking for a ride at the hotel. The traffic in Dhaka is very congested, so be sure to allow extra time to catch your flight.

Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.

Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. GGuest UserLocation is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids—perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. Overall, I understand that this is considered a good hotel by Bangladeshi standards, but from an international traveler's perspective, it's not quite perfect.
